Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 7 days. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.
Not what you thought?
Don't worry! If you get the product that is different from what we have marketed to you, just email us at team@strong-arms.com. We will analyze the problem and send you the new product or issue a full refund. Keep that all in mind that this action must be done within 7 days after you receive the product.
Warranty
We offer a warranty for 6 months on every products of our store! If the product you got stops to function as it used to be naturally - without your own interference - we will make a replacement for you on that product. However, take a note of that we will check every step on what happened to the product to issue you a warranty. You might be asked for additional photos and explanations.
